Simple 'pop-up' reminder software?

Hey guys

I'm after a free simple pop-up reminder tool to help me remember things. I know iCal offers this feature(?) But I can't find it on my Mac, I think I may have uninstalled it, and I've tried to re-download it but it's proving impossible to locate

Does anyone know of any program which caters for what I need?

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!

If you want iCal back and you have your restore disk or retail copy of OSX, then a program called Pacifist can locate things on the install disks and extract them

Oh right cool - Is that a link to the Pacifist software? I will try and locate the disc and give it a shot - In the meantime, if anyone knows of a program, please let me know! It will help me with my gym routine/schedule

Are you SURE iCal is missing from your computer (why on earth would anyone uninstall this??). Do a spotlight search.

Yes, it's not there.. Have tried spotlight search before too..
