clean way to remove parallels

I downloaded the trial of parallels to see if it was fast enough for me to be able to do windows programming and compile in and its really not. so now id like to remove it without screwing up my boot camp partition. there are files littered all over the place from this program. how can I cleanly get rid of it all

Open up the trial DMG file you got and you'll find a uninstaller in there, run that and it will cleanly uninstall itself..
