Fonts Issue - from PC to Mac with 10.6

I have Mac fonts, stored on Windows server 2k3. Recently I upgraded OS of my Mac its 10.6.5 i believe.

ever since upgrade, all mac fonts which I download from the server. they get saved as 0KB text files.

I've to manually transfer from my other mac to current mac.

is there any patch available for this?



any suggestions or theories are greatly appreciated.
