Which SSD should I buy to upgrade my 13" late 2008 Macbook Aluminum?

My 2008 macbook is still in grate shape and I just upgrade the ram from 2GB to 4G and now I am thinking about upgrade the HD from 5400rpm drive to SSD!
Do you guys think the SSD will speed up my macbook?
Any recommendation on whichSSD to buy? I don't need big storage, currently there are 80GB of data on my hard drive with a lot of unused software and data in it.

Yes without a doubt it will speed up everything!

Extremely satisfied with my Mercury Extreme SSD from OWC. As a suggestion go with the SATA II model and not SATA III, and do a clean install rather than cloning your existi9ng drive.

Just recently ( As of yesterday ) upgraded my MBP mid 2009 from 2GB to 6GB. As well as 160GB to a 500GB SSD/HD Hybrid ( Seagate Momentus XT ).

I got all this from OWC and it turns out that doing a fresh install is alot easier. Good luck!
