Broken rear glass?

I did a search but didn't have much luck. I dropped my phone for the 1st time today and of course it was on concrete. Anyway, it appears Apple charges $199 for the repair so that's out. I am planning to buy the next iPhone when it's released, but wanted to give this one to my daughter. Anyone know of any other options than the Apple store?

I see now how super easy it is to replace the rear panel. I am REALLY happy it fell on the rear and not the front! I ordered an OEM rear panel for $14 so it'll be as good as new soon! Thanks!
