Need help my email is spamming

I use my Mac and my iPad to check my aol mail every day. A few friends said they got two emails from my account sending them spam. This has never happened to me so I don't know what to do!

Change your AOL password. But 99% likely it's not actually coming from your account and they're just spoofing your from address.
