iPhone ringtones does not show.

I have all my ringtones under 30seconds in my iTunes and in the Ringtone folder. It should work to just sync my phone and then my tunes would show up in my phone.

The problem I have is that they does not.
I can just see my standard ringtones.

Well rats. Ok, let's check this... do the ringtones appear as ringtones in iTunes? Are they in their own separate folder?
