Unable to backup to Time Capsule after being reset

My Time Capsule recently reset to its factory settings on its own somehow. Now when I go to Time Machine settings I cannot find the backup drive I was usually able to access on the Time Capsule. Help!

When you open Finder and look at shared does it list your TC ? When you click on it
does it re-establish your connection?
