MacBook Pro Refurb Question......

I have a MBP refurb running 10.6.8. I have a basic question for basically anyone running this osx. When in YouTube and you switch from basic to full screen, does the video glitch or hiccup for about a second? Very annoying and I swear on my ancient MacBook circa 2006 this was not an issue. I am running internet at 13-18 speed so that is not the issue.

I have no idea, maybe it's just processing the change of resolution or something. I have always seen this happen. Try loading the video in 480p then switching to full screen and see if it lags then.
