I need some advice to upgrade the RAM memory of my MBP? I want to upgrade my MBP 2011 from 4GB RAM to 8GB. I find on web this brands:
OWC: http://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/8566DDR3S8GP/
Ramjet: Mac Memory and Hard Drives: 8GB DDR3-1066 Kit for MacBook Pro - Ramjet, Inc.
Crucial: 8GB Kit (4GBx2), 204-pin SODIMM, DDR3 PC3-10600 upgrades for Apple MacBook Pro (15-inch, Early 2011) Laptop/Notebook, CT1898876 from Crucial.com

any of these will work good on MBP? does anyone knows if these are mac certified? are these good quality brands?
I'll appreciate any help
Thanx ;)

Crucial has been the go to company for Mac RAM for awhile.

I might pay the extra $8 to OWC instead of Crucial just because of what I've heard of their customer support.

Wouldn't give that other company $30-40 more money - no way - no how.

I bought the ram for my MBP from OWC. Good service, quick delivery and the ram has worked perfectly. I've had it in my system for 5 or 6 weeks now. I agree with bobtomay's assessment of the choices.

Pat
