Iphone 3gs problem

Hi Mac forums.

Just recently broke my iphone glas, and the touch glas. So I can not use my fingers to access stuff on it.

Now i wonder if there is a way to access my notes etc. from hooking it on to a computer? - got Windows, MAC and linux running. So please people, is there any way around the lousy program called Itunes..?
