I currently own a Imac 4,1 with a Intel core Duo processor, 2 GHz speed, and 2GB memory. I am running on version 10.4.11 but would like to update my OSX. What is the maximum my Imac can handle? Can it handle leopard? I appreciate any guidance.

Thank you,

Jo

Every Intel Mac can use Snow Leopard - $29 from Apple.

This will be the highest you'll be able to upgrade and also the least expensive OS you can buy.

I suggest you get it now, before Lion comes out. If Apple does as typical and quits selling SL, it's price will rise and could reach the $100 level in the after market.
