The other day I accidentally dragged my "Downloads" shortcut off my dock and I can't seem to find a way to put it back on. It is the one on the right hand side of the dock next to the "Documents" one. Any help would be great, thank you!
Downloads Shortcut is Missing from Dock

Open your Home folder. Now drag the Downloads folder that's in there to the right side of the Dock. Don't forget to drop it.

And what goes into the Dock is only an alias, or shortcut. The Downloads folder will still be in your Home base.
