Make terminal window open with fixed size and position

Hi all,

I am using terminal all the time, and I was wondering if there's some way to make open everytime at the very same location and size it was when I last closed it. That's actually, top 1/3 of my monitor.
Also, I was wondering if there's some way to make it "dock" right beneath the apple menu bar and make it fold/unfold with some keyboard shortcut. It would be great convinience if I could even just make come in the foreground (with focus) with some keyboard shortcut.

Any help/tips?

Size yes, position no.
Size can be set in Preferences>Settings>ThemeYouUse>Window>Window Size

Take a look at this for the fold/unfold,
Visor is a system-wide terminal accessible via a hot-key

Default position is also available.

Set window(s) where you like.
Under "Window" dropdown choose "Save Windows as Group.."
You can even select it as a default upon terminal launch.
Edit your list of saved window groups in preferences.

Note: Partially off-screen window will open fully on-screen when opening the Window Group.
