My external hard drive is currently formatted Mac OS Extended [Journaled]. However, I want to use it to copy a video I have recorded and my DVR will only recognise ext3, FAT or NTFS. I don't want to use FAT as it limits the size [I believe]. Firstly, how do I format it as NTFS so that MAC will read and write to it? Secondly, I found on the web a program called MacFUSE which I understand will enable MAC to do so. Has anyone used this? Does it work OK?
