Lion upgrade question

Would someone please enlighten me in laymans terms terms the difference between the Lion upgrade for 29.00 vs Lions server upgrade. Other than price? What are you going to get?

You get a "server" grade OS. In general, if you need to ask what it is, you don't need it (or want it for that matter).
