How do I replace ` with ~ ?

For a game that I enjoy, it is required that I use the ~. I am on a MacBook Pro.
No, I can not do Shift+` . That doesn't work. I also can not change the key bindings within the game.

Please help me quickly :/

What game are you playing? Are you positive that you can't just change the controls within the game somewhere?

Does your Apple keyboard not have the ~ on caps above `, first key on right under ESC?

Yeah, its there, but I want to map the ` so that I do not need to use shift then ` in order to get ~

Not possible it is for use with shift to access the higher range.
