My home network has 2 desktop Macs connected by ethernet and I use Airport Express to connect 2 MacBooks with WiFi. My MacBook works fine. But when my daughter comes home from college the network immediately begins shutting down. I have to restart our cable modem to restore the network to all the machines. I think the network interruption is associated with my daughter's MacBook going to sleep or waking up, but I'm not sure about that.
