I have a copy of all my apps from my pc which I used to populate the itunes app library. It is my first time syncing the iphone with my new mac itunes, and I'm getting the prompt from itunes asking if I'm sure I want to replace all apps (including data) with the ones from my mac.
I've backed up my iphone once on this computer without syncing the apps, so this itunes should have my iphone backup.
My question is, if I do this, will I actually lose the app data, or am I good to go ahead since it will replace the apps, but pull the app data from the local iphone backup in itunes?
