Hi,
I am visiting a colleague abroad for a while and I was given access to a public wifi service. It seems to rely on a radius server (no encript or authent at the wireless side), it brings up a browser window where we enter username/pass, and are good to go. There are three of here and two of the computers work fine. But the third -- hasn't worked yet. This is an elderly macbookG4, running OS 10.4 (latest thereof). It establishes a connection to the server, gets the right dhcp address, but that magic browser window never opens. It doesn't matter whether the other laptops are on or off. Is there a way to coax a profitible connection??
Thanks for the help. Tobias
