Im wondering is there an app that I can set a reminder for every 2 hours?

Currently 13" Late 2010 MBA, 4GB/128GB; Early 2011 13" MBP, dual core i7 2.7ghz, 4gb ram, 500gb hd
The clock timer has a countdown timer for two hours. You just have to start it again once the two hours is up. For something more automated, I'm not sure your purpose for the timer, but there are apps, for example, for taking medications at specific times, like MedsLog that might have generic enough settings for what you need.
