Text to Speech into the intput line?

Is there any way to make it so I can type and it talks but instead of it coming through the output line it goes through the input line. I want to do this so I can type to talk with some voice chat software, when I cant talk but have headphones to hear the people and still want to particpate in the conversation. Thank you for your help.
