It looks like a small insect caught between the the screen face

I have just a had a very strange thing happen on my imac (running 10.5.8).

It looked as if a small insect had been caught behind the screen- it looked realistic enough for my to think about trying to squash it whilst it was running all 'over' the screen!

I switched off straight away and disconnected my hard drives- but briefly restarted it to check the Macs specs- any ideas??????

Its the newest version of squish bug thats found in your app store.

Probably some apple fanboy bug, the best thing to do is take the screen off and let it go, so it to can buy its own apple product instead of trying to claim yours.
