Please help me with this... Please.
My boss uses MacbookPro
On his Mail (Entourage 08) he does not have draft folder. When he types his mail and say save (Apple +S), he gets a message saying (saving to the server) then the message disappear completely. No where to be found, not in sent mail, deleted messages, or anywhere on the computer.
This means that when he is typing, he can never make the mistake of saving the message or it will be gone.
He is using Imap
We have a snow leopard server.
Could this be a setting on the server or is it a setting on his computer?
How do we reverse the setting or How do we bring back his draft folder so that he can easily type and save without loosing the message he was working on?
Please help me.
