Ipad2 folder question

Okay so now that I have put my home page apps into a folder, how do I label it?
It now shows "entertainment".

Open the folder, press down on one of the apps in there until they start to wiggle. The folder title will now be editable. Simply tap the "x" next to the title to delete it and begin typing your own title.
