Hi, I'm new, first post and fairly new to osx. New MBP w i5 processor (sorry not on the machine right now so don't have all those specs).
My question is this (and I already have dug around on previous post for awhile and gotten a feel for the opinions and levels of expertise here), I have a windows version of cs5 I want to run on my mac. I understand I can do an upgrade w Adobe that will allow me to get a osx version; is that noticeably more preferable than to install the windows version via boot camp or a virtual environment (kind of would prefer the virtual route unless I can be convinced otherwise)?
I don't mind taking the time to install boot camp or a virtual environment ( I manage a small network and take care of EVERYTHING that goes with it) and while I understand the osx version of cs5 would be much easier it might save me some $ to not have to upgrade with adobe. But... as stated I m looking for the best solution.
BTW-I am loving my MAC
Thanks
