updates

I am unable to run any updates on my computer. I run the software update but the computer freezes before finishing the updates.

There is a common thread to both of your posts in that in each you present us with a problem but do not provide any background info. Things like potentially where you are (phone number blocking). This matters because laws vary from country to country and potentially from state to state within the US.

Mac specs, OS version etc. Also would be nice to know what if any other programs you have running while trying to do updates. For instance, do you have Mackeeper (not suggesting this is the problem, but something we may need to know in order to help)
