not sure where to post this so i'm trying here.
i have purchased many albums from the itunes store. many of the songs on any given album will not play, although others on the same album will. the reason seems to be that these files are locked...i can see a lock on the file icon. i have tried setting the permissions for everyone but don't know how to unlock the file and i've paid for this music so would really like to listen. there is no authorization issue and no parental restrictions. when i double click on the file, simply nothing happens. help...and thanks.
