my copy/paste command is not working in my macbook

could anyone please help me how to get my commands back to normal? coz it seems like i've done something.

If you are using the keyboard go to system preferences > keyboard > keyboard shortcuts then at the bottom right click restore defaults. There is also copy /paste in edit.

i already did that. but it seems like something is missing. coz even the drag and drop is not working as well. the internet connection takes forever, whereas before the performance wasn't like this before.

plus i used the mouse too, there's no copy and paste options. what happened to my mac?
