Is it possible to put a bluetooth icon onto the screen of iphone, thus cutting out the need to access via settings?

If you are willing to jailbreak - there is sbsettings - it is one of the reasons I jailbreak my iPhone.
sbsettings - Google Search
Otherwise I don't know of a way.
