hi guys. i know my user home folder is shared, however, i have a 120gig that colelcts MP3's, videos, school projects, 3D projects etc...

its on the second drive so if god forbit something needed to break i wouldnt lose it

anyways, my brohter wants to raid my MP3 folder from his windows machine.

Now in winblows, youd right click, go to "sharing" and click "just enable file sharing" give it a name, and anyone on the network could go in it

so i pretty much want to share my iTunes music folder on my Macintosh HD 2 on my network

how can i do so?

thanks in advance!

the only way i managed to do this is having itunes open on both pc and mac.
On your mac, go to itunes>preference>sharing and mark the share my music.
And if you want to change the directory of your music folder, go to itunes>preference>advanced and select ur music folder.

That should work, but once again, both itunes should be open. i couldnt find any other ways. Hope someone can help here too.
