Itunes - copy music to 2nd library

I have a lot of music on the itunes for my ipod and I just got an iphone and would also like to put the music on it as well. I did the 2nd itunes library by pushing the option button while opening itunes etc...

Is there a file I can copy from the one library to the other that will move my music and playlists to the 2nd library to make it easier or do I have to put the new music on manually?
