I need to replace one of my computer speakers (dell speakers) because the right side no longer works. What are your recommendations or what would you buy if you were in the market for replacement?

Thank you,

Altec Lansing make some decent sounding computer speakers.

Thanks for the reply. I like those 2.1 version with the separate subwoofers. Just enough sound to fill the room. That is what I use on my iMac, the Altec Lansing ATP3.

My favorite 2.1 Computer speakers are Klipsch Pro Media's. They are not inexpensive though but are great.

I will second the Pro Media's imo to get better you will need to spend a lot more.

Thanks, I'm reading the reviews and it looks like that is what I'll be getting.

I've only ever owned Logitech speakers for my computers. Even their cheaper sets sound pretty good.

Currently, I am running the G51 5.1 surround setup.. I have the sub set to 1-notch on the control pod, and it still rumbles nicely. Great frequency response too, clarity, and you can adjust the "main," sub, center, and surround speaker volumes independently, which is really handy.

There are other features that make this set great, but yeah, I've always trusted Logitech for their speakers. Best mix of quality and price.
