how to share a book

I created a book for a friend in iphoto and want to give them the book so that they can buy the book through their apple account. What’s the best way to share a book you created in iphoto.

I copied the iphoto library and when they view that library there is no book just the pictures that are in the library

While I wouldn't say it's impossible to do what you're trying to do, it's not really worth doing. Order a copy of the book for them, and have them reimburse you the cost.

I just wanted them to see the book before I order it.

I did send it to iDVD which I just made a DVD that will play in a DVD player with a DVD Menu

I think you can print or export it to a pdf file. It's been about three years since I made a photo book using iPhoto, but I believe that is what I did. Before buying a photobook from Apple I created the pdf version (which I still have).
