new imac disturb sound.

i just bought a very brand new imac, so often i heard the sound from the the inside of the machine, i think it's a hard drive sound every annoying. how can i get rid of it? if i can't fix it my own i may bring it back to the store

It's either completely normal - or not something you should even try to fix yourself since you just bought it. If you are convinced the noise is not consistent with regular HDD noises - then you should go ahead and take it back to the store.

I just bought mine aas well and the only time the hard drive made noise was when I tried to transfer 360gb of movies all at once. I'm thinking its a normal sound.

HD. Have always noticed the fabulous acoustics in the the iMac, especially my 27"
Crank up the itunes under heavy load, heck most loads with that bad boy:-D
