Microsoft Word printing too small

I must have accidentally hit some sort of resetting of my Word as now it
prints the size of a thumbnail in the top middle of my page.

Or it could be a printer setting. Do things from other applications print normally?

21.5in iMac
Just go into Format > Document. Reset the page sizes etc and save as default.
