Cisco disconnecting after 3 minutes of no use

My mom is having an issue on her work computer where she is disconnected from Cisco when she stops using the computer for three minutes. It happend after we had to restore her computer from a time machine backup and her IT department tried to reinstall cisco and that did not fix the issue.

Not sure anyone knows what you're talking about as Cisco is the name of a company that makes tons of devices.

So it's disconnected from a Cisco what and tried to install what Cisco software?
