Hello there everyone,
i am using an iMac G5 with a version of Mac OS X 10.6.7.
The last month i am having some serious lag spike / high ping issues in internet gaming such as CS 1.6 and WoW. I thought that it was my ISP but when i realized that my laptop that is using Windows XP had no lag or ping problems i began to realize that my iMac might have some problems. Connecting the Mac to the router via ethernet solved all the lag spike and the high ping as well. The thing is that the router is in another apartment and i can't play with my Mac there. Is there anyway to fix the lag and the high ping with Airport? i searched over google a lot, tried many things and none worked. Posting some System info as well :
