MacBook Pro 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5, 4 GB,1067, OSX 10.10.2 & iPad Mini 2 - 32 GB WiFi iOS 8.1.4
Is this OK, serious? Is this something to be concerned about? Should I do something and if so what? Needless to say I am still new to the Mac... a former PC owner and sooo glad to be in the Mac camp... Thanks ahead for help.

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

No - that particular warning has been there since at least 10.4 and don't have a clue why they can't take care of it.

There are plenty more not to worry about - I simply ignore any of them that are not repaired as the list is too long to go and compare against - the full list is available here.
