Macbook with Sims 1

Hello!

Can somebody help me with installing the sims 1 for macbook?
I have the original cd's but when I put in the CD I can't open the files because my macbook can't find the right program to open the files!

Need help cause I'm a SIMS addict hahaha ^^

Sorry if this is a dumb question but this version of Sims is for Mac is it? Or is it the Windows version?

Yes but you would have to be running Windows on your Mac. To know the best way to do that we will need to know a bit more about which Mac you have, which OS X version, and which versions of Windows you have.

The Sims might also work through Crossover but others will have to answer that.

As Slydude says you need some flavour of Windows, whether that's installed in bootcamp, a virtual machine (like VirtualBox, Parallels, VMWare Fusion) or crossover.

It may be easier/cheaper to buy Sims1 for Mac!
