macbook air trackpad issue

trackpad on new macbook air stopped working. how do I get it back? I was just learning to like it.

MBA 2.13 Ghz, 4 Gb, 256 SSD
Is it tottaly unresponsive?
The best thing to do is get it to a service (I suppose it's still under warranty).

Currently 13" Late 2010 MBA, 4GB/128GB; Early 2011 13" MBP, dual core i7 2.7ghz, 4gb ram, 500gb hd
Before you do too much, open System Preferences -> Universal Access -> Mouse & Trackpad. Make sure Mouse Keys is off and the two checkboxes for Ignore Built In Trackpad are not checked.
