My Mac has died! Spec? 3 years old running 10.5.5 (was)
Eric - is this your sort of question does kernel panic mean my Mac is dead! I am in Cambodia and have no qualified help around. I have tried unplugging all diviceses. restart, unplug etc . I think i just might cry!

No it doesn't at all. Read through the trouble shooting sticky and try the steps there.
