I'm running Windows XP on my Mac Mini through Boot Camp. I'm thinking about purchasing Parallels. Will I have to delete my current Windows install, or will it just work with Parallels?

It will work fine with Parallels without reinstalling. After you install Parallels, it will ask if you wish to use your Boot Camp partition as a virtual machine. Just reply yes and Parallels will do the rest. You might have to reactivate XP from Parallels but that should be no problem.
