Creating un-deleteable file

I am trying to make a dmg file un-deleteable while keeping it R/W. Found that I should be able to do this with "chflags sunlnk 'file'.dmg" but I keep getting the error "chflags: invalid flag: sunlnk"

I am rocking 10.6.7. Any suggestions?

Try chflags sunlink - you have missed out an i

It should work either way. Dosent work either. Same error.

The folks on [H]ard helped me out. Here is the solution incase anyone cares. Looks like chflags doesnt work at least with 10.7

chmod +a "<user/group> deny delete" <file>
