Currently, I go to FILE/EXPORT/USING QUICKTIME CONVERSION which appears to be the only option yet is quick to compress and looks fine in full screen.

However, I've been using the film look effect from one of the YouTube tutorials and although this makes the footage look good, the full screen effect is somewhat grainy. Is this simply a case of the more effects used, the lower the quality of the compression, or could it be because the lighting wasn't very good when I shot the footage which is why I enhanced it with the color corrector?
