So I guess I didn't do enough research before trying to bootcamp my macbook pro. I used an upgrade disk and didn't think I needed something to be upgraded. Well, it did and now I'm not completely sure how to boot out of windows and back into the mac os. When I restart the computer it boots into windows then goes back into the installation setup for windows. Can anyone tell me how to boot back into mac os please? Thank you!

that did it! thank you!

Your Mac's Specs
Way... way too many specs to list.
Hold down the option key.

From the FAQ

After running Boot Camp Assistant and installing Microsoft Windows and the Boot Camp Drivers, hold the Option (Alt) key when you start up to switch between Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. Use the Startup Disk control panel in Windows or Mac OS X Startup Disk preferences to set the default operating system to use each time the computer starts up.
