Problem with Excel 2011 for Mac

I've been using Excel 2011 for a few months now without problems ... until yesterday.
When I click Print preview in the layout "pop-up" menu, the worksheet in use prints instead of previewing. Preview was working fine until a couple of days ago. I've also reinstalled the program with no change.

Appreciate if anyone has experienced this problem and can suggest a fix. My printer is a Canon MX-870

MAC Office - Excel

I have a problem when I receive excel sheetI in Arabic Language as attachment. The letters is not connected in readable version. Anyone can help
