I wonder if anyone can help me,this problem has just started on my Mac.

When I try to copy an image onto illustrator I get the following error message:

QuickTime(tm) and a TIFF (Uncompressed) decompressor are needed to see this
picture.

Now like most people I do have quicktime on the machine, any ideas why I get this message?

At the moment i cannot copy any pictures into illustrator and its a nightmare.

Any advice will be great..

Thank you...

Open it up in PS and resave it to your desktop. Then go to File-Place in Illustrator. It's really tough for me to know what is going on without seeing it myself but where did you first get the file from? I have never in my life gotten that message in Illustrator.

Do a screen shot, that may help a little. And also tell the steps you went through to try and put it in illustrator.
