Finally buying an iphone after dealing with all this droid b.s. I just really dont want to restart my contact list. The droid uses "backup assistant" but I'm almost positive it's not an iphone friendly application. However there's a way to export the contacts as .csv but it goes to the sd card on the droid, which the iphone doesn't use.
Any help or advice is appreciated.
thanks a lot,
Jmurr

The smart thing to do is to not keep the contacts on your phone, but rather use something like Google contacts to sync with on your iPhone. So take the CSV file that your Android phone creates and import them into your Google contacts, then when you get your iPhone have it sync the contacts with that Google account and you're done..
