In fact, if it comes in a white box it'll have more accessories included (Dock, AV cable, case). This edition supposedly had issues with certain accessories though-
If it's the old black box with 'photo' badge underneath the 'iPod' title, it'll include the same things as the current iPod 60GB. Technically all 3 versions are more or less identical, except for the supposed issue with certain accesories in some models of the very first version.
